Very short powerful healing exercise
Have you ever felt completely stiff from sitting too long on a chair or lying down for too long that you could not move and felt very uncomfortable because every part in your body is hurting?
Try this exercise to untie muscle knots, soften joints and get the energy flowing in less than 3 minutes!
I have been doing this exercise very often in my life and I recommend you do it often too. With this exercise, it helped me get back in total fluidity and get my energy back when I got the virus.
Here are the steps on how to get back into your energy and have the energy flowing; I would highly recommend you use energizing music when you do this. (Watch and listen to my video to hear my explanations).
Starting with a figure eight
move your spine like a figure eight
use the power of your feet to push the hip up on the same time
move along with your shoulders when you think you can
Moving in circles
ground yourself and
start with the head by rotating it slowly; do clockwise and counterclockwise
then rotate your shoulders going front and then back
you can put your hands up and have it even going left and right
next is doing circles in your upper body
then move your hips in circle or create a big circle with your whole upper body
Doing undulations with your breath
move your spine like a wave
inhale when you go down and and you exhale when you go up
you can do this wave in the other direction from down to up
Another option if you want to raise your vibration and really push your energy back to normal this is how you’re going to do:
ground yourself
shake your knees together and go up and
then shake your body to finish it off.
Doing this wonderful healing movement will bring your energies back and will put you completely into fluidity.
This exercise is best when you have a profession where you are sitting on the computer for hours and having no time to get massages and treatments.
Do this and you will feel so good in such a short time.

Well, fine. Have you ever felt from sitting too long on a chair or lying down for too long that
you got completely stiff and like energy knots in your body and you could not move and everything
was hurting every joint and you felt like "ah I cannot move"? So if this is something you know
and you have experienced I have an exercise for you. I have been doing this exercise very often
in my life and I recommend you do it often in your life but especially because last time not
long ago I catch the big virus and I had to lay down in bed and I wanted to walk around
in the house and I felt like "wow, everything is hurting". With this exercise in less than three
minutes when well done you get back in total fluidity and it is a healing movement and you
get your energy back. So I don't use music here but I would highly recommend you use
music. Right here in social media in music might stop the video from being seen so, let's do this

it is very easy so you want we want to go back into energy and having the energy flowing so
fluidity so what we do is very simple we do everything eight eight and undulations and circles
that's all so here's how it goes you start with a figure eight so what you do if you see your spine
your spine is doing this so you this is the first thing use the power of your feet to push the hip
up on the same time here you pull the hip up also and you have the whole spine getting into
this eight figure eight movement you see I even use my shoulders so when this is done
then we go and start with the circles ground yourself and we start with the head
slowly so just doing it very quickly here but you will do it as long as it needs so
stiffness goes away and just to release the head here in the back slowly with the
weight of your head no pushing, no forcing yes just letting go. So next circle here the shoulder
once sense in the other sense and then on one after the other you let the movement go
until the middle into the middle of your in the center of your body
yes okay so if you like it you can good put the hands up and have it even going left and right
So next circle here circle, circle if you cannot do the circle just concentrate on the back
here and do a circle put your hand here and concentrate on the circle so if you do this
movement often you will very quickly be able to soften this area and learn to do it. Next
circle is the circle here just bend your knees and circle the hip one sense in the
other sense if you feel like you cannot do a big circle or a one side and of course,
the other side. Next thing you want to do is using your breath and I see somebody's watching hello
hello so please put comments I'll read them later next thing you want so we did the eights with the
here and then the circles circle circle yeah and you can all do them together if you wish
however you feel when practicing. The next thing is do undulations so for the undulation this is
perhaps something you have to learn but you inhale and you exhale and just your spine is like a wave
you're doing a wave and then you can do this wave in the other direction from down to up
and that is it already so one little thing you could do if you want to raise your vibration
and really push your energy back to normal is to watch me so just ground shake your knees shake
your knees and shake the knees together and go up and then shake a little bit everything and
here you are that's all. So this wonderful super easy movement will bring your energies back and
will put you completely into fluidity you are doing circles you are doing eight and you are
doing undulations and these are three things and you finish it up with shaking the body shaking
everything so you can of course should do it with music wonderful music you should take the time to
feel when everything is back and the energy can flow it is totally healing I can promise you when
you have a profession where you are sitting on the computer you should as often as possible just even
if sitting and doing this upside thing you will never get this total pain where you are you have
sewed the muscles are so stiff that you have to get massages and treatments this will not be a
happening thing so why not to do this and we feel so good in so small time it is just super amazing
