Hello everybody! So, I'm driving  I hope you can hear me well. 

Today I wanted to talk  about entanglement, entanglement

because as you might have realized when you  leave cables alone they either entangle with  

other cables or just with themselves and  I'm here driving and as soon as I stop  

I wanted to start the Healy  session because I have like  

40 minutes to drive and then you see what  the Healy does with my even my earphones

So I need some time to untangle. But I was  thinking you know this is such an image today, 

I had no inspiration on you know I'm in this reel  challenge and I had no clue what I wanted to post  

but now I'm so inspired with this  entanglement because we human beings.  

Have you ever realized how we entangle with  everything, everything around us not knowing  

even not knowing that we are doing this when  we were very young perhaps of course we don't  

remember but I have this feeling young children  they are just themselves, they know their energy,  

they absorb everything, they enjoy life  and they learn and when there is a sort of  

energy coming in and it's not their energy they  just cry it out, shout it out whatever it is  

and then they are happy again but  what do we then do when we grow up?

It's like becoming more and more entangled first  with our siblings, our parents and then at school  

and whatever it is and then we are in the  state of entanglement without even knowing  

that it feels like we are in a spider  web. When women come to my dance class  

this is what we do, we come back to ourselves and  when you feel who you are and you know who you  

are then you can set healthy boundaries because  you know your energy and also you know setting  

in these boundaries is not for hurting or pushing  or rejecting anybody because this was what I had.  

I had an incredible wound of rejection and an incredible fear I've probably still didn't have  

of being abandoned as we all have and so I  could not set my boundaries because for me this  

would feel like hurting ours where I felt so very  good, this is what something I didn't want  

to do so I didn't ever protect myself. So yes how  does this of course also refer to the Healy,

what's happening with the  Healy as the Healy is helping me

higher my vibrations and giving me support  like for today I really didn't feel  

so good about myself because so many  things I wanted to do and I didn't do them  

and I got.. i don't know where I lost my time and  so at the end of the day I really felt not so good  

and I was wanting to scan just now and to help  me higher my vibration because when I'm in low  

vibration and I have these negative thoughts about  myself then of course I can be more and more aware  

and not have these negative spots, how can I  think differently but the Healy gives me the  

front hand helps me with these frequencies also  the Healy scans my energy field, my quantum field  

and knows even the unconscious patterns I do  have so this is like having an energy healer  

with you all the time or a coach where you can  ask please show me my unconscious blockages and  

this is just incredible isn't it? so this is  what I wanted to share with you how can we get  

out of this entanglement. For me it's  knowing yourself, valuing yourself,  

loving yourself of course and then staying in this mingling with the hours but  

not entangling and more and more you grow and  more even more you higher your preparation know  

the more you know the life and love inside of  the inside piece less and less you want anybody  

or you allow anybody to how to.. yeah, trigger  is good but anybody to throw you out of this so
