The exercises are inspired by Gauthier stretching , the 5 Tibetans and the Wim Hof method , yoga in general and also laughter yoga .
Practicing these techniques every day will allow you to no longer get sick, to strengthen your immune system, your determination and your
courage. It is an excellent basis to start your day.

Laughter Yoga and its benefits explained

In 1989, almost completely paralyzed by an illness , Jacques could no longer work. It was then that he
heard about the benefits of stretching exercises. In just 3 weeks, with several hours of exercise per day,
Jacques regained 50% of his mobility. He then continued to do them 2 hours per day for 6 months and recovered almost 100% of his fitness. Subsequently, about twenty minutes per day were enough for him
to maintain this spectacular return to health .

The Five Tibetans is a compilation of five yoga exercises. Regular practice of the Five Tibetans relieves muscle tension and dissipates stress,
improves breathing and digestion, benefits the cardiovascular system and provides deep relaxation and well-being. These exercises are
particularly suitable for those who do not have time to practice a sport and are within everyone's reach, regardless of age or physical
condition.
These five rites come from remote monasteries in the Himalayas, kept secret until the 1930s, they were introduced to the Western world by Peter Kelder. According to the principles of this exercise, the body has 7 energy centers or chakras which correspond to 7 endocrine glands. The hormones secreted by these glands regulate all our bodily functions. When we have health disturbances, these are due to psychic disturbances, because consciousness or psychic energy is in perpetual motion. This movement of life disturbs and forces the lower energy centers to rebalance themselves. This is why the energy level of the energy centers decreases. We now know the importance of hormones in the aging process. It has emerged that the pituitary gland or hypophysis begins to produce a "death hormone" at the beginning of puberty [ref. needed]. This hormone apparently diminishes the capacity of our cells when we do not hear the call of our inner Conscience to live in a healthier way and more oriented towards what is essential to us and benefits the common good.
