Mother Earth and Sunshine: A Path to Holistic Healing
Introduction
Healthy eating has been a significant part of my life since I was 13 years old. Initially, it was driven by a fear of gaining weight, but over time, I discovered it was linked to deeper generational trauma—emotional voids filled with food and a means to escape parental control. Perhaps you can relate?
Having helped hundreds of women to live a healthier , happier life, I want to share with you today my personal insights and tipps, how to harness the healing power of Mother Earth and Sunshine
The Roots of My Journey
It took over 40 years for me to become aware of these underlying issues and to embark on my healing journey. Today, my focus on health is not about losing weight or maintaining a slim figure. It is about loving my body, managing my energy, and connecting deeply with Mother Earth.
Shinrin-yoku Spending time in nature, known as "forest bathing" or shinrin-yoku in Japan, has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve mood and focus. The natural environment's calming effect helps in mental clarity and emotional balance, essential for living a fulfilling life aligned with one's dharma.
Shamanic Wisdom: Indigenous cultures have long recognized the healing power of nature. Shamans often use plants, stones, and other natural elements in their healing practices to restore balance and harmony within the body and spirit. Connecting with Mother Earth through grounding practices, such as walking barefoot on the soil, helps us absorb the Earth's energies and realign our own.
Earthing: Walking barefoot, also known as "earthing," is a simple yet powerful practice that connects us directly with the Earth's natural electric current. Research indicates that walking barefoot on natural surfaces, such as grass, soil, or sand, can have significant health benefits. Studies have shown that this practice helps reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being by allowing our bodies to absorb free electrons from the Earth’s surface. These electrons act as natural antioxidants, neutralizing harmful free radicals in the body .
Embracing a New Perspective
I realized the importance of high vibration, health, and consciousness in living from my dharma. Being healthy and healed from past traumas is essential for managing energy and thoughts effectively. This realization naturally evolved into the second pillar of my method.
The Importance of Well-Being
Neglecting physical and mental health leads to burnout and resentment, making it difficult to stay in business and attract the right clients. Even the best marketing strategies cannot compensate for a lack of investment in personal identity and well-being. Without this foundation, you might find yourself questioning your worth and success compared to others.
The Power of Chlorophyll
In the photo, you will see me holding a green box—chlorophyll power at its finest. I incorporate a teaspoon of chlorophyll into my daily routine. But what makes chlorophyll so powerful? Here are some insights:
Spirulina: This blue-green alga gained fame after being used by NASA as a dietary supplement for astronauts. Historically, it was consumed by the Aztecs and continues to be a valuable food source.
Chlorella: An ancient microalga first commercially utilized in Japan in 1961, Chlorella is rich in beta-1, 3-glucan, which supports healthy immune function.
Kelp: This large brown seaweed, rich in vitamins and minerals, contains the highest natural concentration of calcium among foods, making it a powerhouse for bone health.
Watercress: A member of the brassica family, watercress is nutrient-dense and particularly rich in vitamin K, essential for bone health.
Conclusion
These are just a few examples of the powerful superfoods in the Green Medley I consume daily. Embracing these natural sources of nutrition is part of my holistic approach to health and well-being. By focusing on physical and mental health, we can achieve a balanced, vibrant life and truly live from our dharma.
